食材 Ingredients

230g 豬肉 230g plant-based pork / normal minced pork

一斤(600g)節瓜 600g fuzzy melon

蝦米少許 A little dried shrimp

料頭 Condiments:

蒜頭兩瓣 2 garlic

蔥兩條 2 green onions

醃肉調味料 Marinade:

鹽 1/2 茶匙糖 1/2 tsp Salt

胡椒粉1/2茶匙  1/2 tsp white ground pepper

糖一茶匙 1 tsp sugar

紹興酒一茶匙 1 tsp Shaoxing wine

麻油一湯匙 1 tbsp sesame oil

豉油一茶匙 1 tsp soy sauce

生粉一湯匙 1 tbsp Potato starch

生油一湯匙 1 tbsp oil

生粉水: Potato starch mix:

一茶匙生粉,兩茶匙水 1 tsp potato starch mix with 2 tsp water

流璃芡 Glazing sauce:

蠔油一湯匙 1 tbsp oyster sauce

豉油一湯匙 1 tbsp soy sauce

糖 一茶匙 1 tsp sugar

麻油一茶匙 1 tsp sesame oil

水三湯匙 3 tbsp water
