桃膠糖水 Peach gum dessert 【Daddycook我要做廚神】
材料
桃膠 30克 Peach gum30g
紅棗15至20粒 15-20pcs red dates 1/4
碗蓮子 1/4 bowl lotus seeds
枸杞3湯匙 goji berry3 tbsp
冰糖三粒 3pcs rock sugar 水1升 1 littre water
做法
1.將桃膠浸泡過夜或超過12小時,浸泡的桃膠會膨脹5至6倍 Soak peach gum for overnight or more than 12hrs ,soaked peach gum will expand 5 to 6 times.
2.去除桃膠中的雜質 Remove the impurities in the peach gum .
3.另外全部材料洗乾淨瀝乾水備用 In addition, all materials need to be washed and drained for later use.
4.將食材放入熱水中煮十分鐘, 最後五分鐘放桃膠即完成! Put the ingredients in hot water and cook for ten minutes, Put peach gum in the last five minutes.
